Join Andrea Paul for a practical and engaging discussion exploring the unique needs of families with multiples, including feeding, sleep, soothing, caring for premature infants, and simple strategies that help reduce overwhelm and support the transition into life with more than one baby.
In this one hour session, we will discuss:
- Unique considerations when supporting families with multiples
- Practical approaches to infant feeding, including nursing, bottle feeding, and combination feeding within the doula scope of practice
- Supporting healthy infant sleep and realistic expectations for multiple newborns
- Soothing techniques and settling strategies for caring for two or more babies

- Practical tips for organizing care, supporting parental rest, and creating sustainable routines
