Menopause Doula Training Program Features

8 Online Modules: Each module covers a curated set of topics with a mix of video lectures, audio content, research articles, and originally developed resources — all accessible in your online learning portal.

Quizzes & Assignments: Each module includes an online quiz to reinforce your learning (minimum 80% pass rate)

Pre-Recorded Video and Audio Content: Pre-recorded mini lectures and concept introductions (audio/video/slide content) that will guide and support your learning about key concepts in menopause support. This content is available on-demand, creating a space where you can learn at your own pace, any time.

Practicum (20 Hours Minimum): Once you’ve completed your modules and module quizzes, you will be asked to complete a practicum with a minimum of 2 clients totalling at least 20 hours. This is where your learning comes to life — building your confidence and real-world skills as a Menopause Support Practitioner. Our team is ready to coach you and support you along the way!

Educational Units (EUs): 8 approved Educational Units are required, with a written summary of your experience. Doula School helps support students in finding free and low-cost EU options.  Educational Units constitute 8 additional hours of learning that you, the student, choose outside of the core content of the program. The aim is for our students to research and deepen their knowledge in areas of interest related to your MSP program and to provide feedback on the learning experience and how you will use the additional content for your practice with clients. Webinars, conferences, additional readings, and community events are examples of EU possibilities.
