Participants will learn about:
- Building systems that allow for real rest, even when on-call
- Nutrition, hydration, and body care basics for long births
- Maintaining supportive relationships while balancing unpredictability
- Setting boundaries with clients and loved ones
- Cultivating a mindset that sustains joy and longevity in birth work
This session will include guided reflection, concrete take-home practices, and space for Q&A so participants can tailor the material to their own lives and circumstances.
